Michelle Keating, Founder and Consultant

CareerEdge was started in 2011 by Michelle Keating. In the six years prior to our launch, Michelle worked as a Senior Resume Development Consultant for Jobbound, one of the country's premier career consulting organizations. Following Jobbound's decision to exit the individual resume writing/career coaching business, she decided to continue her passion for this work through CareerEdge.

Michelle brings with her a wealth of insights gained through years of leadership, management and coaching. In addition to her work at Jobbound, she has over 15 years of human resources and financial experience within service, distribution and manufacturing environments. She has worked for industry leading companies, including Hewitt Associates, Ernst & Young LLC and W.W. Grainger. While she has touched many different areas throughout her career, she has particular strengths in recruiting, performance consulting, leadership development and training.
